Weekend Blues

Diet. Exercise. Work. Diet. Exercise. Work.
Climbed 4 flights of escalators a day (in heels).
Yet, I lost only 1.5kg during the last 2 weeks.
Sigh.
I feel so tired nowadays.

losing 1.5kg in 2 weeks..? dats excellent...the body can only lose 0.5kg - 1kg a week...any more would be dangerous to the body and unsustainable..n if its unsustainable..dat means you will put it back on..so right now on average you are losing 0.75kg a week..keep it up..and you'll lose 4-5 kgs in no time..well done....
